Job summary

WebMD in Mumbai is seeking a details-driven Publishing Specialist to coordinate the end‑to‑end publishing workflow, including daily article postings and email newsletter tasks. You will code HTML for CMS posting and perform basic image processing as needed.

You'll QA articles for accuracy and specs, liaise with Editorial stakeholders, track monthly volumes, and ensure outputs meet internal client standards and business needs in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in web production or publishing.

• Experience with HTML, CMS (Drupal/D2), and email newsletters.

Requirements

• 4 years professional experience in Web production and/or publishing
• Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills leveraged to proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using a CMS, such as D2 or Drupal
• Proficient with HTML
• Image processing via Adobe Suite or similar processing tools
• Experience in Email newsletter generation, via an internal CRM tool
• Experience managing clients in a professional environment, with an aim toward a high quality and timely final product that meets internal client standards and business needs will be good to have
