Job summary

CSM Tech US is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage end-to-end delivery for assigned portfolios in Delhi. You will own account-level P&L, ensure contract compliance, and drive timely, quality delivery while coordinating with finance, HR, legal, and sales teams.

You will handle client escalations, monitor milestones, validate billing, and develop dashboards to highlight risks and financial health, contributing to process improvements and team development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operations management and delivery execution.
• Strong grasp of P&L, cost control, margins, and billing validation.
• Experience managing client escalations and service issues.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across delivery, finance, HR, legal, and sales.

• Experience managing client escalations and ensuring delivery continuity.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
