The role will be responsible for driving strategic direction, operational excellence, business growth, client success, financial performance, and organizational transformation across multiple accounts and locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Operations Management, Client Relationship Management, Financial Management, Process Transformation, Business Strategy, and Executive Leadership. The individual will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering sustainable operational and financial outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Lead end-to-end DME Billing operations across multiple accounts and business units.

Manage large-scale operations comprising 1000+ FTEs.

Establish operational goals aligned with organizational objectives.

Drive productivity, quality, collection, and profitability improvements. Ensure achievement of all contractual SLAs, KPIs, and business commitments.

Develop and execute operational strategies for business growth and scalability.
