Job summary

Titan Capital seeks a seasoned business builder to operate at the intersection of capital and company building. This is a full‑stack investing plus operating role, leading deal execution and working with founders on growth and scaling across portfolio companies.

You will own 1–2 portfolio companies end‑to‑end initially, mentor analysts, and shape investor reporting and fundraising. Requires ~10 years in startups/operating roles and strong stakeholder skills.

• Strong exposure to building and scaling businesses, especially 0→1 or 1→10 journeys.
• Experience collaborating with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who is, at their core, a business builder, someone who has experienced the journey of building and scaling businesses, rather than someone who has only evaluated them from an investment perspective.

Location: Gurgaon (with flexibility to travel across portfolio companies)

What we’re looking for

• ~10 years of experience, ideally across high-quality startups and/or operating roles
• Strong exposure to building and scaling businesses, particularly 0→1 or 1→10 journeys
• Experience across both:
• Individual contribution, and
• Building and leading teams from scratch
• Direct experience owning a P&L business unit, product, or vertical
• Proven ability to work closely with founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills , someone who can read situations, influence outcomes, and build trust
• High degree of ownership, humility, and maturity

What you’ll do

This is a full-stack investing + operating role, involving:

• Leading deal execution across commercial and legal aspects
• Working closely with founders on growth and business building
• Managing portfolio relationships and board interactions
• Contributing to investor reporting and fundraising
• Hiring and mentoring analysts

The individual will initially own 1–2 portfolio companies end-to-end and progressively scale their scope across the fund.

• Independently owning investment decisions and portfolio relationships
• Bringing meaningful, including contrarian, perspectives to investment discussions
• Representing the fund with credibility across founders, LPs, and other stakeholders
• Building and mentoring high-performing teams
