Job summary

Campus Fund, India's first and Asia's largest student-led venture capital firm, is hiring into the Founder's Office. You will own high‑impact projects, craft public content, and build AI-driven workflows. The role demands ownership, rapid execution, and the ability to ship projects with minimal oversight.

You will collaborate directly with the Founder and Director, shaping the fund’s voice across platforms and turning ideas into scalable systems and partnerships.

Campus Fund is India's first and Asia's largest student-led venture capital firm. We write the first institutional cheque into student founders, dropouts and recent graduates building companies that challenge the status quo. We are a small, high-ownership team building the engine for India's next wave of category-defining companies.

The role

We are hiring into the Founder's Office. You will report to the Director, Founder's Office, who reports to the Founder, and you will work closely with both.

This is not a support role. Once something is handed to you, it is yours to finish. No status-check meetings, no reminders, no half-done handovers. Campaigns shipped, events run, vendors closed, CRM clean, pipeline moving.

We also need you to be properly AI-native. Not "I've used ChatGPT", but someone who already reaches for AI tools by reflex to draft, design, research, automate and ship at a volume that would otherwise take a team of four. We will test this in the interview and ask you to show your work.

The role is deliberately broad and will grow with what you prove you can carry.

Build. Don't just talk about building with AI.

We need you to be properly AI-native. Not "I've used ChatGPT", but someone who already reaches for AI tools by reflex to draft, design, research, automate and ship at a volume that would otherwise take a team of four. Every workflow you touch should come out faster and more systemised than you found it. Build the process the second time you do something manually.

We will test this in the interview and ask you to show your work.

What you will do

• Pick up whatever matters most that week. Help build the playbook. There isn't one yet.

Thought leadership

• Lead it, don't support it. A real point of view, defended in public, on X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Use AI tooling to compress the content pipeline (research, drafts, visuals, video, repurposing) without letting the editorial bar or the Campus Fund voice slip.
• Work directly with the Founder on her personal channels: longform posts, teardowns, ecosystem commentary, founder stories. You will learn to write convincingly in someone else's voice and hold that standard every time.

AI projects, internally

• Build the fund's internal AI layer: turn the things the team does by hand into tools the team runs. If a process exists twice, it should exist as a system.
• Stay on top of what is shipping in AI and pull it into how the fund works before anyone asks.

Events and on-ground partnerships

• Run our two flagship events each year end to end: format, venue, budget, speakers, sponsors, run-of-show and post-event follow-through.
• Drive on-ground partnerships across campuses, accelerators, student communities and ecosystem bodies.
• Source, negotiate with and manage vendors: agencies, designers, production, venues, merch, media. Negotiate hard, close cleanly.

What we are looking for

• 2 to 4 years in generalist or a founder's office role. Startup experience strongly preferred. VC experience not a requirement.
• Demonstrated AI fluency across writing, design and workflow automation. Bring examples.
• Strong written English. You will be writing in the fund's voice, and the Founder's, in public.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs and structured data. Attention to detail is non-negotiable; it is what makes half of this role possible.
• Exposure to or interest in venture capital and the student startup ecosystem is a plus, not a must.
