Job summary

Epsilon Money Group in Mumbai is seeking an experienced PMS Operations leader to manage end-to-end operations, client servicing and compliance for our PMS products. You will coordinate with FA, Custody, RTA, and AMCs, oversee trade processing, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory reporting while driving process improvements and ensuring service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA or equivalent.
• 9+ years of experience in PMS Operations; experience in mutual funds and other investment products preferred.
• Strong team and stakeholder management; excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and own operational and customer service processes for the PMS activity.
• Lead FA, Custody and RTA relationships for PMS business.
• Coordinate branches and service across WM products and services offered by the Group.
• Implement processes in line with regulatory requirements and best practices to train CS executives navigate the flow across all transactions, Queries, Exception handling, Escalations, Reporting’s, Regulatory compliances etc.
• Foster strong relationships with external (RTAs, Exchanges, AMCs, Payment Aggregators others) and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor and guide in day-to-day branch activities to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service quality benchmarks.
• Ensure best in class service and quick turnaround time in customer query resolutions.
• Support in audits and compliance reviews by providing data, clarifications, and ensuring closure of audit points related wealth products.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role required managing end-to-end PMS operations, client servicing, and compliance activities. Handling relationships with FA, Custody, RTA, AMC, Exchanges, and internal teams. Managing trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, fee calculations, audits, regulatory reporting, branch coordination, and customer queries. Ensuring smooth operations, timely service, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Management:

• Set up and own all operational and customer service processes and tasks for the proposed PMS activity
• Lead and manage FA, Custody and RTA relationships for proposed PMS business
• Branches Co-ordination and ownership of Customer Service processes across WM products & Services offered by the Group
• Formulating & Executing processes in line with regulatory requirements and best in class standards to Train CS executives navigate the flow across all transactions, Queries, Exception handling, Escalations, Reporting’s, Regulatory compliances etc.
• Foster strong relationships with external (RTAs, Exchanges, AMCs, Payment Aggregators others) and internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance Compliance) to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor and guide in day-to-day branch activities to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service quality benchmarks.
• Ensure best in class service and quick turnaround time in customer query resolutions.
• Support in audits and compliance reviews by providing data, clarifications, and ensuring closure of audit points related wealth products.

PMS Operations & Compliance

• Conduct internal, statutory, and PPM audits as per PMS regulations.
• Maintain accurate and updated disclosure documents.
• Process daily orders and trade settlements with custodians and depositories
• Perform daily reconciliations and maintain books, records, and reports.
• Prepare and verify fee calculations
• Handle monthly and quarterly SEBI and regulatory compliance reporting
• Maintain daily accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, expenses, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage documentation, filing, and vendor coordination.
• Continually explore potential areas of improvisation to increase effectiveness efficiency
• Cultivate strong people skills within the team to optimize query resolution.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions across all products
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and best ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA or equivalent
• 9+ years of experience in PMS Operations. Experience in both Mutual fund & Other investment products would be preferred.
• Must have experience in team and stakeholder management.
• Strong client management, communication and presentation skills.

Compensation Range

• Fixed CTC.
• Variable: Annual Bonuses Based on performance.
