Job summary

HLL Lifecare invites applications for a senior Civil Engineering leadership role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The position will lead the Civil Engineering vertical, drive business development, and oversee end-to-end execution of major civil infrastructure projects from planning to DPR review, tendering and site execution.

The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of post-qualification experience in project management, with exposure to large-scale infrastructure, healthcare or turnkey projects,

Qualifications

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Desirable: MBA.
• Post Qualification Experience: Essential: Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in project management and civil construction, including planning, design and DPR review, estimation, tendering, contract administration, site execution, quality control and monitoring of contractors and consultants.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.08.2026

Scale of Pay: Rs. 90000 - 240000

Gross Salary: Rs. 189630(Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: Rs.27.65 lakh (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Desirable: MBA

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in project management and civil construction, including planning, design and DPR review, estimation, tendering, contract administration, site execution, quality control and monitoring of contractors and consultants.

Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 80000 - 220000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 32900 - 58000 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.

Desirable: Experience in large-scale infrastructure, healthcare or turnkey projects, business development and project acquisition, liaison with Government bodies and clients, statutory approvals and leadership of multi-site project teams.
