Job summary

Fibe, Pune-based lending fintech, invites applications for an Assistant Vice President Treasury to lead capital markets and structured finance initiatives in alignment with funding strategy.

The role involves end-to-end transaction execution, investor coordination, regulatory compliance, and governance across treasury operations, reporting to the Head Treasury.

Qualifications

  • CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in Treasury, Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets, or Corporate Treasury.
  • Hands-on experience in structured finance transactions, treasury operations, legal documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong network with wealth management firms and institutional investors will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Execute structured finance and capital market transactions including PTCs, Direct Assignment (DA), ECBs, Co-lending, subordinated debt, and other structured funding solutions.
  • Support debt capital market transactions.
  • Develop relationships with wealth management firms, private banks, institutional investors, AIFs, mutual funds, insurance companies, family offices, and other fixed-income investors for placement of structured finance products.
  • Identify and onboard new investors to diversify funding sources.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of treasury transactions from structuring to closure.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, trustees, rating agencies, AD Banks, investors, depositories, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and negotiate transaction documents including term sheets, facility agreements, assignment agreements, trust deeds, escrow agreements, security documents, and other financing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, ECB, SEBI, Companies Act, and transaction-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee operational aspects of treasury transactions, including drawdowns, settlements, fund flows, investor servicing, repayments, and post-disbursement compliances.
  • Monitor covenant compliance, documentation, security creation, repayment schedules, and treasury MIS.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Secretarial, and Business teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, SOPs, and strong governance practices across treasury operations.
  • Lead and mentor the treasury execution team.
  • Ensure timely execution, operational efficiency, and adherence to internal controls and governance standards.

Role Summary

The Assistant Vice President Treasury will be responsible for execution and management of capital market and structured finance transactions, including transaction structuring, investor coordination, documentation, treasury operations, and post-disbursement management. The role will support the Head Treasury in executing the organization's funding strategy while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong governance.

Capital Markets & Structured Finance
