• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Brings new products/solutions to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing ROI analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering teams.
• Achieves goals through the work of others; management responsibilities include performance appraisals, pay reviews, training and development.
• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors; accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline.
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges; decisions guided by policies and business plan; provides guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
• Leads with a collaborative, inclusive environment and emphasizes fairness, transparency, and compliance in hiring and evaluation processes.
