Job summary

Grant Thornton in Bengaluru is seeking a junior valuation analyst to support U.S. business valuation teams, valuing enterprises, equity interests, and financial instruments.

You will build financial models, analyze statements, and conduct industry research, collaborating with seniors in the U.S. and INDUS. A Masters in accounting/finance/economics is preferred; CPA/CFA progress is a plus; knowledge of US GAAP is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience of 0-2 years in business valuation/finance.
• Masters degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Certification/license or progress towards CPA or CFA is a plus point.
• Accounting, finance, and economics knowledge; proficiency in US GAAP preferred

• Capability to handle pressure and working with deadlines
• Strong communication (both verbal & written) skills

Professional Experience / Qualifications
