Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Bengaluru and Mumbai seeks a Ground Transport Ops Support Associate to provide operational, administrative and reporting support for the Ground Transport leadership team. You will supervise vendor on-ground operations, coordinate with routing, security and stakeholders, and maintain reports, dashboards and governance records to ensure smooth daily service delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of operations/transport coordination

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, transport coordination, administration, facilities or service delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, problem-solving and escalation skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with Power BI and transportation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Ground Transport operations across Bengaluru and Mumbai, including five-day office requirements and business continuity activities.
• Supervise vendor on-ground operations, including chauffeur and fleet management, and coordinate with routing, security and business stakeholders.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, dashboards and performance metrics; support utilization, route optimization and fleet performance reviews.
• Track service issues, escalations, vendor actions and closure status, maintaining clear documentation and follow-up discipline.
• Maintain SOPs, audit evidence and governance records; support compliance and safety initiatives, including SOS governance monitoring.
• Prepare meeting materials, action logs, governance reviews, management reports and employee transport communications.
• Provide backup operational coverage for the Bengaluru Ground Transport Lead during planned or unplanned absence.

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Ground Transport Ops Support Associate to provide operational, administrative and reporting support across Bengaluru and Mumbai, helping ensure effective daily service delivery, stakeholder communication, issue management and business continuity for the Ground Transport leadership team.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related discipline, with two to five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in operations, transport coordination, administration, facilities or service delivery, including stakeholder coordination and reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, problem-solving, escalation management and follow-up skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, logistics or workplace services; experience with Ground Transport vendors and India ground transportation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools or workflow automation tools is desirable
