  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Define and track key quality metrics (automation coverage, defect leakage).
  • Coach and mentor engineers on QA best practices and automation.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to improve quality standards.
  • Contribute to innovation, tooling improvements, and hiring as required.

As a QA Engineer, you are a key member of cross-functional product teams, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable software delivery. You drive an automation-first quality strategy and embed continuous testing into the software development lifecycle to support continuous delivery.
