Job summary

Trianz is seeking an experienced technical PM/writer to support the CTO Office by drafting standards, maintaining the standards library, and coordinating across engineering teams to track adoption and gaps. You will produce meeting notes and maintain the roadmap tracker, while contributing to investor-facing narratives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in an AI product company, with hands-on experience in technical specifications, API specs, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Worked in an AI product company where you wrote or contributed to technical specifications used by engineers.
• Coordinated across multiple engineering teams in a technical PM or product analyst capacity.
• Produced written technical documentation that engineers or architects built from.
• Can read API specs, architecture diagrams, and deployment documentation independently.
• 3+ years in technical product management or technical writing in a product company.

Responsibilities

• Write first drafts of CTO Office specifications and standards for Technical PM review.
• Maintain the standards library: versioning, tagging, and accessibility across teams.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to track standards adoption and flag implementation gaps.
• Produce meeting notes and action items from all standards forums.
• Maintain the roadmap tracker: upcoming standards, current status, adoption milestones.
• Support production of the capital-raise technical narrative and investor documentation.

Role Overview

You support the Technical PM in producing and managing CTO Office standards. You write first drafts, coordinate with engineering teams on adoption, maintain the standards library, and track implementation status. You must have worked in an AI product company and understand what it means to produce a technical standard that engineers build from.
