Job summary

Trianz in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced coordinator to support the CTO Office delivery engine across multiple engineering teams. You will maintain the delivery tracker, coordinate meetings, manage artefacts, and ensure action items are tracked to closure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CTO Office delivery tracker: update status, track blockers, flag risks to the Senior TPM
• Coordinate cross-team meetings and manage meeting logistics
• Manage the artefact library: versioned, accessible, and up to date
• Track action items from all CTO Office meetings and chase resolution with owners
• Prepare weekly status updates and monthly delivery summaries
• Manage the CTO Office calendar including cross-team alignment sessions and executive reporting slots

Role Overview

You coordinate meetings, maintain the delivery tracker, manage artefact logistics, and ensure action items are tracked to closure. You must have worked in an environment where AI products shipped to real customers — you understand the vocabulary, the stakes, and the pace.
