Job summary

To The New is seeking a senior engineering leader to design scalable solutions and drive execution from concept to deployment. You will collaborate with customers to align product vision and goals, and you will own the end-to-end design, development, testing and maintenance of complex components.

The role demands expertise in architecting business requirements, hands-on experience with Maven/Gradle, OSGI, workflows and integration patterns, and a track record of leading mid-sized teams.

Qualifications

• Well-versed with AEC's underlying technology.
• Proven capability in architecting complex business requirements.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle, Sightly, OSGI services/components, Workflows, Search (JCR, querybuilder), Authorization/Authentication, and 3rd party integration.
• Expert in Campaign Management and DAM.
• Led a mid-sized team of developers.

• Review and understand business requirements to ensure that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects

Requirements

• Well-versed with AEC's underlying technology
• Proven capability in architecting complex business requirements
• Well-versed working with Maven/Gradle, Sightly, OSGI services/components, Workflows, Search (JCR, querybuilder), Authorization/Authentication, 3rd party integration (webservices exposure and consumption)
• Expert in Campaign Management and DAM
• Should have led a mid sized team of developers

Good to Have

• Experience in Adobe Cloud services including Adobe Campaign, SiteCatalyst integration, Adobe DTM, Scene7, Test & Target
• Exposure on caching concepts - dispatcher/CDN
