The role requires strong Node.js/REST APIs, database skills (SQL/NoSQL), and a solid grasp of architecture, Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum practices. Shift is 2pm–11pm IST, location Mumbai Thane area.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of professional software development experience, with backend emphasis.
• Proficient in Node.js and/or Perl for backend development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD.
• Strong communication and Agile/Scrum collaboration.

Responsibilities

Business Title Lead Developer/Engineer Years of Experience • 8–12 years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering.

Job Descreption Senior Software Engineers will write code, test, launch and support large scale development projects. At times they may interact directly with internal and external clients to help brainstorm and create technical solutions to business problems.

Must have skills Technical:

• Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Perl).
• Strong experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Database expertise (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or similar).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good to have skills Technical:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to frontend frameworks beyond Vue.js (React, Angular).

Key responsibiltes

• Strong experience designing, developing, and debugging Node.js backend applications.
• Solid experience with databases (SQL or similar), including data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, HTTP, authentication/authorization, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing backend systems in production environments.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to build and maintain UI components to support backend functionality.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Vue.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, using tools such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.

Education Qulification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
