Job summary

Mercer, a business of Marsh, is hiring for an Associate – Talent Strategy Consulting based in Gurugram/Mumbai. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office, with the Career team driving HR and talent strategy initiatives.

The role involves leading project delivery across talent solutions, supporting business development, and building client relationships while collaborating with internal SMEs. A premier MBA and 6–8 years HR experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Full-time MBA from a premier institute.
• 6-8 years of HR experience in reputed organizations; consulting experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects across Talent solution areas.
• Support BD meetings and interactions with clients; present solutions and build relationships.
• Develop white-papers/ PoVs and proprietary tools under guidance of SMEs.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and build strong stakeholder networks.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer a business of Marsh. This role will be based in Gurugram/Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Associate – Talent Strategy Consulting

We will count on you to:

• Lead delivery of projects across Talent solution areas:
• Workforce and Organization Transformation - Organization Design and Structuring, Workforce Planning, Job Evaluation, New Shape of Work - Work Redesign, Flexible Working, Re/Upskilling, etc.
• Talent Management - Competency Framework, Career Architecture, Assessment and Development, Leadership Coaching, Performance Management System, etc.
• Employee Experience - Culture, EVP, Engagement, Employee Listening, etc.
• Provide support in developing white-papers/ PoVs, creating proprietary tools/offerings under the guidance of internal SMEs, participating in client seminars and industry events, etc.
• Support business development through participation in BD meetings, driving sales, etc. Interact extensively with clients to understand requirements (during project delivery and BD), present recommended solutions, build strong working relationships, establish self as a trusted advisor, etc.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish self as a trusted advisor to clients

What you need to have:

• Full time MBA from a premier institute
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations. Prior consulting experience is preferable
