Qualifications

• 2–5 years of intensive finance, accounting and strategic analysis.
• Master's in Finance/Accounting or CA preferred; CPA/CFA/CMA a major plus.
• Experience with NRI regulations and cross-border compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close across family office entities; finalize multi-currency statements per US GAAP, IND AS, AS.
• Build bespoke reports for UHNI/NRI portfolios and liquidity needs; provide actionable financial intelligence.
• Analyze portfolio allocations, ROI and risks to drive capital allocation from first principles.
• Translate data into investment models, rolling forecasts and strategic scenarios; reimagine budgeting.
• Structure cross-border investments and align tax compliance with long-term goals.
• Manage full financial lifecycle from bookkeeping to board presentations; identify cost efficiencies.
• Maintain internal controls, regulatory filings, and audit readiness end-to-end.

You are a revenue-generating, value-creating forward-deployed solver (fds) in the Finance function, sitting right close to the CEO’s office. You will directly drive financial clarity, strategic investment performance, and global tax optimization for Searce’s Founder, Promoter Hardik Parekh, and the Family Office entities.

You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for orchestrating transformational wealth strategies, complex cross-border reporting, and rigorous compliance for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and NRIs. You lead the charge from core financial finalization to high-impact strategic advisory by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo.

Drive Financial Clarity & Finalization

• Own month-end and year-end close across family office entities; finalize multi-currency statements in full compliance with US GAAP, IND AS, and AS.
• Build bespoke reports tailored to UHNI/NRI global tax structures and liquidity needs, actionable financial intelligence, not dense static reporting. Be the reason leadership trusts every single metric.

Architect Strategic Wealth & Investments

• Analyze portfolio allocations, ROI, and risk from first principles to drive data-backed capital allocation.
• Convert raw market data and business deals into investment models, rolling forecasts, and strategic scenarios; apply the evlos methodology to continuously reimagine budgeting and cash-flow models.
• Structure cross-border investments and align tax compliance with long-term goals for optimal net returns.

Deliver Outcomes, Not Just Decks

• Own the full financial lifecycle — bookkeeping and bank reconciliations to high-level board presentations.
• Land "pleasant surprises": uncover hidden cost efficiencies, tax-saving structures, and yield-optimization ideas through sharp, insight-driven analysis.

Lead by Influence & Compliance

• Be the DRI for the Family Office's financial integrity, own internal controls, regulatory filings, and audit readiness end-to-end.
• Partner with external tax advisors, auditors, and global legal consultants for seamless cross-border operations; model "Always in Beta" on dynamic tax laws and reporting mandates.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2–5 years of intensive finance, accounting, and strategic analysis, ideally in a Family Office, UHNI/HNI wealth firm, or Big 4 / top-tier advisory.
• Credentials: Master's in Finance/Accounting or CA preferred; CPA/CFA/CMA a major plus.
• Cross-border depth: Proven track record with NRI regulations, transfer pricing concepts, and foreign entity compliance.
• Tech superpowers: Advanced spreadsheet architecture with dynamic scenario drivers; hands-on command of modern ERPs (Zoho or QuickBooks); automation mindset — automated bank feeds, expense workflows, and recurring journals.
