You will directly drive financial clarity, strategic investment performance, and global tax optimization for Searce’s Founder, Promoter Hardik Parekh, and the Family Office entities.

You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for orchestrating transformational wealth strategies, complex cross-border reporting, and rigorous compliance for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and NRIs. You lead the charge from core financial finalization to high-impact strategic advisory by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo.

• Education & Certification: Mandatory Master's degree in Finance / Accounting. Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; additional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) are a major plus.
• Cross‑Border Exposure: Proven track record in handling financial structures, tax planning, and reporting frameworks for NRIs, global entities, or UHNI portfolios.
• High Integrity & Confidentiality: Proven capability to work directly with senior leadership/founders while maintaining absolute discretion and ethical standards.
