Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patent processes and patent search is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Data correction & standardising Patent bibliographic information and creation of Patent families.
• Meet defined production volume and quality targets.
• Track and record performance against targets.
• Stay updated on developments in relevant technology domains.
• Ensure high and consistent quality in all deliverables.

Job description

We are looking for an Associate STEM Content Analyst to join our Patent Biblio Curation-Classification Review Team. This is a great opportunity to work in the Intellectual Property (IP) space, focusing on patent bibliographic data curation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate in B.Sc/M.Sc - Mathematics, Physics (includes Allied Courses), Computer Science, BCA/MCA (Freshers Preferred)
• Should have knowledge & understanding of the process in Patents and Patents Search an advantage
• Must possess excellent English written and verbal communication skill along with computer literacy
• It would be great if you also had Good understanding of Patents & computers including MS office

Responsibilities

• Data correction & Standardising Patent Bibliographic information, and creation of Patent families in line with editorial policies and conventions
• Consistently meet defined production volume and quality targets
• Track and record performance against assigned targets
• Stay updated on developments within relevant technology domains
• Ensure high and consistent quality in all deliverables

Hours of Work

Hours of Work (full-time, permanent) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, including a one-hour break.
