Job summary

Delhivery is seeking an execution-focused Operations Executive to oversee backend operations for GPS/Telematics and Fuel Card products in a fast-paced setting. You will own order processing, activation, installation coordination, issue resolution, reconciliation and MIS to ensure high SLA adherence and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 1-4 years of backend operations experience.
• Experience in GPS/Telematics, Fleet Management, Logistics, Automotive, Fuel Cards, FASTag or IoT preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Operations Associate/ Sr Associate Telematics & Fuel Solutions

Role Summary

We are looking for an execution-focused Operations Executive to manage backend operations for our GPS/Telematics (AIS & Non-AIS) and Fuel Card products.

The role will involve end-to-end operational ownership across order processing, documentation, device/card activation, installation coordination, issue resolution, reconciliation and MIS, while ensuring high SLA adherence and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

GPS / Telematics Operations

• Manage end-to-end backend operations for AIS & Non-AIS GPS devices.
• Coordinate with installation partners, field teams and customers for timely GPS installation and activation.
• Ensure accurate mapping of Customer Vehicle Device SIM in backend systems.
• Track device activation, online status, installation, replacement and re-installation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve device, SIM, connectivity and data-transmission issues.
• Support AIS documentation and compliance-related operational processes.

Fuel Card Operations

• Manage Fuel Card issuance, activation, replacement and closure.
• Validate customer and vehicle details and ensure accurate card-to-vehicle mapping.
• Coordinate with internal teams and fuel/card partners for activation and service requests.
• Resolve card-related issues including declined transactions, blocking/unblocking, replacement and transaction disputes.
• Support transaction reconciliation and identify operational discrepancies.

Backend Operations & MIS

• Manage daily operational queues and ensure cases are closed within defined TAT/SLA.
• Track ageing cases, proactively follow up and escalat unresolved issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily/weekly MIS.
• Perform reconciliation across internal systems and partner reports.
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvements and automation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Installation Partners and Vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs.
• Drive operational issues to closure with clear ownership and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 1-4 years of experience in backend operations
• Experience in GPS/Telematics, Fleet Management, Logistics, Automotive, Fuel Cards, FASTag or IoT will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
