Randstad Hyderabad is seeking an Associate Specialist in Internal Talent Acquisition to support tactical recruitment activities and sourcing for key roles. You will assess open roles, longlist candidates, and build candidate profiles for TA colleagues, while aligning with SLAs and KPIs.

The role emphasizes market research, engagement with internal stakeholders, and proactive candidate identification to ensure a steady talent pipeline for the organization.
