Job summary

Instantpay India Limited, a leading fintech, seeks an Associate-SEO to drive organic growth and strengthen our digital presence. You will improve search visibility and work with cross‑functional teams.

You will own on‑page, off‑page, technical, and content SEO, analyze performance with GA4 and other tools, develop data‑driven strategies, and help boost rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions. Experience with WordPress or similar CMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of SEO campaign experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical and content SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools (GA, AHREFS, SEMRUSH, Moz).

Role Overview

We are looking for a Associate- SEO to drive organic search growth, improve website visibility, and strengthen our overall digital presence.

The role requires a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO, along with the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.

You will work closely with content, marketing, product, design, and development teams to improve search rankings, organic traffic, user engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analysis to identify organic growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structures, content optimization, and image SEO.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexability, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Identify and resolve SEO issues in collaboration with development and product teams.
• Build and execute effective off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
• Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-focused content briefs, topic clusters, and content optimization strategies.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other key SEO performance metrics.
• Analyze performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track and analyze competitor SEO strategies, industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging search opportunities.
• Optimize existing website content to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Identify opportunities for featured snippets, rich results, schema markup, and SERP enhancements.
• Prepare periodic SEO performance reports and communicate key insights, achievements, challenges, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website updates, new pages, campaigns, and product launches.
• Stay updated with changes in search algorithms, AI-driven search experiences, and evolving SEO best practices.

Requirements Qualification & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO industry tools, such as Google Analytics, AHREF, SEMRUSH, Keyword tool, Spy, MOZ, SEM Scoop
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
