Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Graduate/Fresher SEO Executive to join our organic growth team. You will assist in improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and executing on-page and off-page optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, low-competition search terms.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for on-page SEO.
• Execute link-building activities and identify authoritative sites for backlink acquisition.
• Identify technical site issues like broken links, slow page speeds, and indexing errors.
• Monitor organic rankings and organic traffic metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Required Skills

• Clear conceptual understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.
• Excellent written communication skills for proofreading and optimizing text.
• Basic familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for sorting and analyzing data reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Information Technology, English, or related fields.
• Certifications in SEO (Fundamentals, Technical, or Content) from Google, HubSpot, or Semrush.
• Personal experience managing a blog or building a basic website is an advantage.
