In This Role, You Will:
Territory Planning & Management

  • Execute bi-monthly and annual planning cycles, including DS-SDR territory changes, AM portfolio updates, etc
  • Manage in-year territory changes: transfers, account moves, holdbacks, and inter-team transitions
  • Run recurring audits (inactive reps, temporary territories, opportunities) to maintain data integrity in Salesforce
  • Serve as the first point of contact for territory escalations and queries from Sales
  • Support AM portfolio rebalancing using AUM, rep performance, and account potential data
Process Excellence
  • Own Wiki documentation for all key processes — creating and maintaining playbooks that are repeatable, auditable, and transferable
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to the speed, accuracy, and scalability of territory processes
  • Support UAT and rollout of Salesforce or tooling changes that impact territory and account data
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports giving Sales leadership visibility into territory health, AUM, and account coverage
  • Analyze territory and account data to surface trends and actionable insights
  • Support cross-functional projects and special analyses for Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership
AI & Technology
  • Actively use AI tools (Glean, Copilot, etc.) daily for analysis, territory modeling, documentation, and reducing manual effort
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve process quality and scalability; drive those improvements independently
  • Share AI approaches with teammates and apply AI responsibly, validating outputs and maintaining data privacy
Here’s What You Need:
  • Associate: 1–2 yrs in sales/revenue operations or data analysis.
  • Senior Associate: 3–4 yrs in sales ops, territory planning/management, or a data-centric role.
  • Exposure to territory design, account workflows, or CRM administration is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Salesforce: account ownership, opportunity fields, territory data
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets)
  • AI/productivity tools: Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent
  • BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma): an advantage
Core Competencies
  • High attention to detail: this role involves recurring, accuracy-critical workflows
  • Effective communicator across Sales reps, managers, and senior leadership
  • Collaborative, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into clear recommendations
