Qualifications

• Graduate in law with 3–7 years PQE in corporate/transactional practice.
• Experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate advisory, and contract negotiation.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills with independent handling of complex documents.
• Ability to supervise juniors and manage client engagements with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize transaction and commercial documents for domestic and cross border matters.
• Lead due diligence exercises and prepare reports.
• Advise clients on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations.
• Independently manage client engagements and ensure timely deliverables.
• Lead client calls, meetings, negotiations, and discussions.
• Contribute to knowledge management initiatives, legal updates, articles, and client alerts.

Exp Level: 3-7 Years post qualification. Prior Experience in Prominent legal firm is must.

Firm is looking for a qualified and experienced individual for the firm's corporate advisory and transactional team. We undertake a broad spectrum of legal work including domestic and cross border transactions, general corporate advisory, and commercial contract negotiation.
