Responsibilities

• Handle transactional matters including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, venture capital funding, joint ventures, and strategic corporate transactions.
• Provide advisory services on corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Manage assignments from inception to completion, including client negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrate strong command over statutes such as the Companies Act, Indian Contract Act, FEMA, Competition Act, SEBI regulations, and RBI guidelines.
• Contribute to business development, knowledge management (KM), and authoring internal/external articles.
