Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or field application engineering.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Guide product selection decisions during development cycles with customer teams.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to align on technical, operational, and commercial needs.
• Build and grow a robust opportunity pipeline across existing and new accounts.
• Lead commercial and technical discussions including RFQs, customization, and positioning.
• Deliver clear technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer forecasts to support demand planning and supply alignment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Identify risks and work with teams to resolve them.

What You Will Do

• Partner with customer engineering and procurement teams to guide product selection decisions during development cycles
• Drive collaboration between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical, operational, and commercial requirements
• Build, manage, and grow a robust opportunity pipeline across existing and new accounts
• Lead commercial and technical discussions including RFQs, product customization, and solution positioning
• Provide clear and engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
• Gather and maintain accurate customer forecasts to support demand planning and supply alignment
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
• Proactively identify risks and challenges, and work with internal teams to resolve them effectively

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (or related field)
• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or field application engineering
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

• Experience in interconnect solutions, cable assemblies, or electromechanical products
• Background in B2B technical sales environments
