Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or field application engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer engineering and procurement teams to guide product selection decisions during development cycles.
• Drive collaboration between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
• Build, manage, and grow a robust opportunity pipeline across existing and new accounts.
• Lead commercial and technical discussions including RFQs, product customization, and solution positioning.
• Provide clear and engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer forecasts to support demand planning and supply alignment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively identify risks and challenges, and work with internal teams to resolve them effectively.
