Exotel Techcom Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a proactive Delivery Associate to run voicebot projects across mid-market, SMB and inside-sales segments. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in project coordination or related roles, experience managing many small customers, and familiarity with SaaS/CPaaS environments.

• Background in SaaS or CPaaS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver voicebot projects for mid-market, SMB, and inside-sales customers, ensuring scope and deadlines.
• Coordinate between customers and engineering for integrations, testing and go-live.
• Maintain documentation, status updates and handover notes for all active projects.

You will run voicebot delivery for Exotel's scale-up customers — mid market, SMB and inside sales where the work is higher in volume and lower in complexity than enterprise. The role suits someone who wants breadth and pace early in a delivery career.
