Job summary

Exotel, a leading cloud communications platform, is looking for a Delivery & Coordination specialist to run voicebot projects for mid-market, SMB and inside-sales customers from Bengaluru. The role offers breadth and pace early in a delivery career.

You will own end-to-end delivery: gather requirements, write scope, keep projects on track for committed dates, and manage many concurrent, lower-complexity projects with robust documentation and handovers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in project coordination, delivery or account management in a technology business.
• Experience handling multiple small customers simultaneously.
• SaaS/CPaaS background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run voicebot delivery for mid-market, SMB and inside sales customers.
• Gather requirements, write scope and keep projects on track for committed dates.
• Manage a high number of concurrent, lower-complexity projects with strong documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and engineering on integrations, testing and go-live.
