Amadeus in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Project Manager to coordinate projects that support test and production environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver projects while ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

You will coordinate activities, identify risks, prepare PM plans, and maintain documentation while facilitating status meetings and stakeholder discussions.

Associate Project Manager

Summary of the Role

As an Associate Project Manager, you will help coordinate projects that support test and production environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver projects while ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

In This Role You'll / Your Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using Amadeus Project Management methodologies.
• Support project governance by identifying and tracking risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and project scope.
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Project Management Plans, schedules, status reports, and project reviews.
• Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating project status meetings and steering committee discussions.
• Contribute to project reporting, budget tracking, invoicing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to support successful project outcomes.

• Experience supporting or coordinating projects within a technology, operations, or business environment.
• Understanding of project management principles, project lifecycle activities, and risk management practices.
• Ability to organize information, solve problems, and contribute recommendations to support project objectives.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and collaborating with colleagues when appropriate.
