Job summary

Amadeus in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Definition Analyst 3 to help define and improve solutions for travel document delivery. You will work with product, development, and customer-facing teams to ensure reliability and business value across the travel ecosystem.

You will analyze requirements, craft functional specifications, support validation, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to drive ongoing product evolution and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in product definition, business analysis, or functional design within a technology-driven environment.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis, functional specifications, solution design, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and product requirements by reviewing requests from Product Management, estimate effort for specs and validation.
• Define functional solutions by producing documentation such as Feasibility Studies and Product Specifications, and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate across teams to identify dependencies and ensure alignment with related applications.

Summary of the Role

You'll help define and improve solutions responsible for the formatting and delivery of travel documents used across the travel industry. Working closely with product, development, and customer-facing teams, you'll contribute to applications that enhance the travel experience while ensuring reliability, quality, and business value.

In This Role You'll / Your Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business and product requirements by reviewing requests from the Product Management team, building functional expertise, and estimating the effort required for specifications and validation activities.
• Define functional solutions by producing key functional documentation, including Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications, while facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to identify dependencies, ensure alignment with related applications, and support compatibility across systems and services.
• Support validation and product quality by contributing to test strategy activities, ensuring traceability between requirements and tests, and investigating reported issues to maintain service reliability.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and customers throughout requirements gathering, specification, testing, implementation, and ongoing product evolution while actively participating in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions.
