Job summary

R1 RCM in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team of associates/SMEs in US Healthcare RCM. You will drive revenue analytics, reduce leakage, and ensure productivity and quality targets while coordinating with US stakeholders.

You will define SOPs, run huddles, manage MIS reporting, and communicate insights. 5+ years in US Healthcare RCM and 2+ years team leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• At least 2+ years of team handling experience (TL/AM level).
• Strong expertise in End-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.
• Payment variance & underpayment analysis.
• Denial analytics & appeals management.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
