Job summary

Masters Union in India seeks a Global Partnerships Outreach Associate to build relationships with international faculty, CXOs, founders, and industry partners to deliver world-class experiential learning across countries and time zones.

You will manage end-to-end stakeholder engagement, nurture a strong partner network, coordinate across teams, and craft outreach campaigns to generate interest in our programmes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in partnerships or outreach, preferably in education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive storytelling.
• Highly proactive, diligent, and takes ownership with commitment to tasks.
• Experience coordinating with international faculty and partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Global Partnerships Outreach Associate, you will build relationships with international faculty, industry leaders, founders, and organizations to deliver world-class experiential learning. You will drive end-to-end stakeholder engagement, strengthen global partnerships, and ensure seamless execution of academic collaborations across multiple countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Leading global outreach to identify and onboard distinguished international faculty, CXOs, founders, investors, and industry experts across multiple geographies.
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of academic and industry partners, including organisations, startups, factories, and innovation ecosystems for faculty engagements, immersions, and experiential learning.
• Driving end-to-end closure of faculty, mentorship, capstone, leadership, and industry engagements, from outreach and negotiations to on-boarding.
• Serving as the primary liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and program execution.
• Managing engagement pipelines, schedules, budgets, trackers, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with academic and institutional goals.
• Crafting compelling outreach campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) to build relationships and generate interest in Tetr's programmes.
• Coordinating across global time zones to align stakeholder availability and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Gathering stakeholder feedback, evaluating program impact, and continuously improving faculty and industry engagement initiatives.

Ideal candidate will have

• 2-5 years of experience preferably in partnerships/outreach/education space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
• Highly proactive, diligent, and takes full ownership of responsibilities with a strong sense of commitment.
