Job summary

Juspay Technologies, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Program Manager to help drive growth within our payments and lending ecosystem. You will work closely with strategy and growth teams to understand merchant needs and coordinate integrations.

The role requires strong program management skills, cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering and product, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing programs or projects with at least 3+ years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Understand merchant product and business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Drive merchant integration with support and integration teams.
• Coordinate with merchants to align and drive projects from a strategic perspective.
• Handle merchant issues with escalation when needed and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Manage reconciliations and invoicing processes related to merchant activities.
• Support business teams during integration and post-integration phases.

At Juspay, we’re seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our team and help drive growth within our payments and lending ecosystem. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced strategy & growth managers, gain exposure to fintech and financial services, and contribute directly to Juspay’s key initiatives for product and business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to understand merchant’s product and business requirements.
• Should be able to drive merchant integration with support and integration teams.
• Good with handling multiple projects of varying scales.
• Co-ordinate with merchants to align and drive the project from a strategic point.
• Handling merchant issues and a basic level of escalation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve merchant issues
• Handling Reconciliation and Invoicing process
• Should be able to support business team during integration and post integration

• Prior experience in a fintech environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling day-to-day operational tasks and managing documentation.
