• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant teaching, research, and academic administrative experience in higher education.
• Demonstrated record of quality research publications in reputed journals and conferences.
• Experience in academic leadership roles such as Department Head, Programme Coordinator, Dean, or equivalent preferred.
