Responsabilités

• Prioritize and refine product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA to translate requirements into user stories.
• Lead UAT and test case development.
• Track product input/output metrics and monitor post-go-live performance.
• Communicate status updates and release notes to stakeholders.
• Support data-driven backlog inputs from metrics.

Description du poste

• Experience in building product roadmaps for Omni channel supply chain
• Hands on experience on AI tool to build working prototype, POC and product capabilities
• Prepare and maintain Product and project documentation like One Pager, BRD, PRD ,User stories etc.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, defining and refining user stories and acceptance criteria to align with business objectives and transformation vision
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross functional teams of product, Engineering, Architects and QA to solve complex business problems and translate business requirements across supply chain and Brands into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Exposure to Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
• Previous experience with backlog management tools; JIRA /Azure
• Define and track both product Input and Output Metrics
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, and validation of acceptance criteria
• Drive high-quality delivery and adoption of products
• Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders through status updates, release notes, executive briefings, and presentations
• Monitor post-go-live performance of implemented solutions, log enhancement requests and feed continuous improvement inputs into the product roadmap.
• Should have hands on experience with data to track metrics , figure out opportunities areas and input it into product backlog
• Experience in building product roadmaps for Omni channel supply chain
• Hands on experience on AI tool to build working prototype, POC and product capabilities

Good to Have

• Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSPO, PSPO) or Waterfall/PMP-style project management
• basic understanding of APIs, EDI, interfaces, master data, system-to-system data flows, error handling, and integration testing
• Exposure to WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP and planning systems. Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Infor, or similar is valuable
