• Domain experience in Enterprise Software, Aerospace, Transportation, Mobility, or similar product engineering environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
• Participate in PI Planning and coordinate dependencies across teams.
• Monitor product progress, release readiness, and business outcomes.
• Support Change Control Board (CCB) reviews and release governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
