Job summary

Ola in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution across the platform. You will own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration.

You will work with engineering, design, data and leadership to define roadmaps, translate user needs and business goals into clear requirements, and measure impact with solid data-driven decisions. This is an office-based role with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of product experience required.
• Strong SQL skills for independent data analysis.
• Knowledge of LLMs and evaluation frameworks.
• High ownership mindset with bias toward action and speed.
• Ability to shape ill-defined problems into actionable plans.
