Job summary

Leah in Mumbai, part of ContractPod Technologies, seeks a Product Manager to drive CLM and AI product initiatives. You will partner with sales, marketing, and engineering to shape product strategy and deliver key features across the platform.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product management, strong collaboration, and a lean development mindset. Travel both domestically and internationally is required as part of customer and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Lean product development mindset and ability to drive efficient workflows.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events and customer meetings.
• Experience in Legal tech, SaaS and AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales/marketing to develop and deliver training, collateral, and product assets.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the CLM market and customer use cases to guide decisions.
• Identify customer needs by engaging with business partners and market trends.
• Analyze proposed products/features and propose competitive enhancements.
• Manage product changes, requirements, and features in sprints.
• Prioritize new features and product enhancements across development cycles.
• Define product scope, success KPIs, and create requirements and wireframes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, PMs, and partners to execute plans.
• Facilitate communication between Engineering and Business teams on current projects.
• Prepare product/feature marketing communications and represent customer voice.

What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop and deliver sales training, sales collateral, product collateral, and other product assets
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the legal, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market, and customer use cases to guide strategic product decisions
• Determines customers needs and desires by engaging with business partners and understanding where the market is headed
• Analyze proposed products, features, and bring new product proposals that create competitive advantage.
• Manage new product changes and enhancements by assessing the requirements and formulating the product/ feature
• Manage prioritizing new features, and product enhancements in each development sprint
• Formulate new products, determine the scope, product success factors, and KPIs, and create product requirements and wireframes
• Work with the project management, development team members, and third-party partners to execute the plan
• Coordinate communication between Engineering and Business teams regarding the current project and new requests
• Prepare product/feature marketing communications
• Represent the voice of the product and customer in the engineering team

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in product management role
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with various teams throughout the organization
• Problem solving/analysis and strategic thinking.
• An Innovator and specialist in lean product development strategy
• Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally to customer, industry and partner gathering events.
• Experience in Legal tech experience, SaaS and AI environment a plus
