Job summary

Umanist NA in India is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own the product lifecycle of a core commerce platform module. This high-ownership IC role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Business, and Customer teams to deliver impactful features in a fast-paced environment.

You will own the roadmap from ideation to launch, gather customer insights, prioritize the backlog, write PRDs, and define success metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years product management, full-time only.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Commerce-Tech, Logistics-Tech, Supply Chain, or E-commerce.
• Experience with OMS, WMS, marketplace integrations, or e-commerce fulfilment workflows is a strong plus.
• Strong SQL experience (min 2 years).
• Experience writing PRDs and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work with engineering teams throughout product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

About The Role

• Experience in a high-growth product startup.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Strict Screening Guidelines (Mandatory)

• 1-3 years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SQL experience (Mandatory).
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Commerce-Tech, Logistics-Tech, Supply Chain, or E-commerce products.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Product-based company experience preferred.
• Stable employment history preferred (avoid frequent job hoppers).
