Job summary

Vinculum Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the OMS product roadmap and drive end-to-end order lifecycle across omnichannel channels.

You will translate market insights into requirements, collaborate with Engineering and Sales, and define KPIs to measure impact, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver robust integrations with WMS, ERP, POS, and eCommerce platforms.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management in SaaS/product technology organization.
  • Strong understanding of Order Management Systems and end-to-end order lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on understanding of omnichannel retail, eCommerce, marketplace, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, system integrations, event-driven architecture, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product discovery, backlog management, user stories, and release planning.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • B. Tech/B.E. mandatory; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the OMS product roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Gather customer, market, and business insights and translate them into product requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Own product discovery, backlog prioritization, release planning, and Agile product development in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Drive core OMS capabilities including Order Capture, Order Orchestration, Order Routing, Inventory Visibility, ATP, Fulfillment, Split Orders, Backorders, Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Order Tracking.
  • Enable seamless omnichannel order journeys across marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, stores, mobile channels, and other order sources.
  • Define and optimize order allocation and fulfillment logic based on inventory availability, location, cost, SLA, customer promise, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with WMS, ERP, POS, eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, logistics systems, and third-party technology teams to deliver robust integrations and end-to-end order flows.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer implementations.
  • Analyze product usage, operational metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
  • Support product launches, customer demos, solution workshops, sales enablement, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Establish product KPIs and measure the impact of features and releases on business outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive product documentation, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and release communication.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product discovery, backlog management, user stories, and release planning.

  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience in retail technology, supply chain technology, eCommerce, or SaaS products is strongly preferred.
  • B. Tech/B.E. mandatory; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
