Job summary

Spyne is hiring an Associate Product Manager to support AI-first applications for automotive dealers and buyers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their PM career who wants to learn fast, own problems end-to-end, and build strong product instincts in a fast-growing, AI-native company.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams to deliver features that drive Spyne’s growth from $5M to $20M+ ARR.

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years of product management experience, preferably SaaS/AI-driven or B2B products.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, or computer vision concepts is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Figma, and basic SQL/analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain product decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Product Execution: break down the roadmap into well-scoped PRDs and user stories.
• Feature Ownership: own features end-to-end from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch tracking.
• User Research: talk to dealers, sales, and support teams to identify pain points and translate into insights.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate daily with Engineering, Design, and QA to keep sprints on track.
• Data & Metrics: track adoption, engagement, and drop-offs; turn data into recommendations.
• QA & Release Support: test features, catch edge cases, ensure quality.
• GTM Support: assist in beta rollouts and coordinate with Sales/CS on early adoption.
• Documentation: maintain product docs, changelogs, and artifacts in Jira/Confluence.

What are we looking for?

This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their PM career who wants to learn fast, own problems end-to-end, and build real product instincts inside a high‑growth, AI‑native company. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams, supporting the delivery of features that power Spyne's growth journey from $5M to $20M+ ARR.

What will you do?

• Product Execution – Break down the product roadmap into clear, well‑scoped requirements (PRDs, user stories) that engineering and design can act on.

• QA & Release Support – Test features before release, catch edge cases, and ensure quality bars are met.
• GTM Support – Assist in beta rollouts, collect user feedback, and coordinate with Sales/CS on early adoption.
• Documentation – Maintain clean product documentation, changelogs, and process artifacts on tools like Jira and Confluence.

What you must have?

• 1.5–3 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML-driven, or B2B products.
• Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data to inform decisions.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
