ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an execution-focused Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and delivery of AI-driven, content-heavy products used by tax and legal professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, documentation, and execution, and wants hands‑on ownership rather than theoretical exposure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Execution & Delivery – own execution of assigned product features or modules end-to‑end
• Convert requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks; elevate issues early
• Documentation & Structuring – create and maintain product documentation (PRDs, flow diagrams, release notes), maintain Jira tickets, sprint updates, task breakdowns, ensure clarity and completeness before development starts
• Research & Analysis – conduct competitive and product research, analyze usage data, customer feedback, and edge cases, support feature validation and post‑release analysis, assist in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and reliability
• Cross‑functional Coordination – coordinate with content, editorial, sales, and operations teams, ensure requirements are clearly communicated, follow up on action items and close loops independently

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR – Must‑Have

• 1‑3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Operations, or similar roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and comfort with documentation‑heavy work
• Ability to work with partial information and ambiguity
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Structured thinker who can break down problems into clear steps

Good‑to‑Have

• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or AI‑based products
• Experience working with engineers, designers, or domain experts
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards)
