Job summary

CodeRound seeks an Associate Product Manager to lead AI-powered construction product initiatives. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive development and deliver value to construction industry customers.

You will translate customer feedback into actionable improvements, create PRDs and user stories, and drive data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and track product KPIs and validate hypotheses.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming the construction industry through innovative AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to drive product development and deliver exceptional value to construction industry customers. • Define and track product metrics and KPIs, analyze usage data, and validate product hypotheses.
• Support A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product decisions.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer workflows, industry challenges, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Build relationships with customers, industry experts, and relevant stakeholders.
