Job summary

moglix in India is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join a fast-paced product team and help design, build, and launch features that drive business value and strong user experiences.

You will develop product vision, gather requirements, write user stories, and help prioritize the roadmap while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Internship or up to 1 year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Exposure to product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Role Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Market Research & Product Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Product Planning & Requirements

• Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives and customer requirements.
• Collect, document, and refine product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Define product features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the engineering team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product release activities.

Product Delivery & User Experience

• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch.
• Advocate for end-users by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and deliver a seamless experience.
• Participate in user testing, gather feedback, and drive continuous product improvements.

Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Communication

• Define and monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular product updates, milestone tracking, and progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

Work Experience (Essential)

• Internship or up to 1 year of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills (Essential)

• Strong understanding of Product Management fundamentals.
• Knowledge of financial services, payment systems, banking, or related domains.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and product management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Education (Essential)

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Good to Have (Desirable)

• Experience with user research, product analytics, or wireframing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analytics for product decision-making.
