Job summary

Katyayaniorganics is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to shipping features. The role collaborates with engineering, design and business teams to define user stories, prioritize the roadmap, and drive product improvements backed by data.

Responsibilities include creating PRDs, wireframes, coordinating launches, monitoring performance, and managing the backlog.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management or related role.
• Ability to gather requirements, write user stories, and maintain product backlog.
• Comfortable coordinating with engineering and design through the lifecycle.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze user behavior and metrics.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Gather business requirements and convert them into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Create wireframes and coordinate product launch activities.
• Continuously monitor product performance and drive iterations.
• Define and document business flows, user journeys, process maps, and edge cases.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Business teams on a daily basis.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Verify, track, and respond to product tickets and issue reports.
• Support and coordinate A/B testing initiatives for product improvements.
• Conduct training sessions and share new product updates with end users.

• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Profile1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.Strong analytical and communication skills.Familiarity with wireframing tools and agile product development processes.Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
