Job summary

Tracxn Technologies Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support our product team in defining requirements, analyzing performance, and executing initiatives across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with design and engineering, analyze product metrics, and help create wireframes and documentation while leveraging data and API tools to validate decisions. This role offers growth into a full PM position within a B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of work experience; MBA is not mandatory.
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS products and technology, with empathy for users and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to structure and analyze ambiguous problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas through workflows, feature descriptions, and documentation.
• A long-term desire to build a career in Product Management and grow into a full-fledged PM role.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to SQL, Postman, or other data/API tools.
• Preferred: Internship or project experience in Product Management, UX, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers in defining feature specifications and writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle.
• Analyze key product metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the UX team to create wireframes, mockups, and design documentation.
• Use data and API tools such as Postman to extract insights and validate product decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.
