Job summary

Stable Money is looking for an Associate Product Manager to drive growth on the Platform. You will own the development of experiments, PRDs, and the weekly metrics loop for key surfaces like the App Homepage, Passbook, and events pages.

You will ship small bets frequently, read user reviews and CS feedback, and collaborate with design and engineering to unblock work and improve conversion and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a Product Manager at a consumer app; shipped features.
• Data fluency to read funnels and experiments.
• Claude fluency to read data insights.
• Clear written communication for PRDs and reviews.
• Comfortable prioritising amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Sprint-level execution on the roadmap: PRDs, wireframe reviews, eng grooming, launch checklists, post-launch monitoring.
• Lead the A/B testing pipeline: hypothesis writing, variant scoping, results readouts, ship/kill / iterate decisions.
• Weekly metrics readout: DAU/MAU on both surfaces, module CTRs, cross-sell CTRs, drop-off funnels.
• 01 exploration: 2–3 small bets per quarter on new homepage modules, passbook visuals, or cross-sell surfaces.
• Craft level ownership of details: copy, empty states, error states, loading, animation feel.

Job description

Join the Product org as an APM on Platform growth initiatives - this includes most-viewed pages on Stablemoney (eg., App Homepage, Passbook and specialised pages for Events). You'll be the shipping engine writing PRDs, running experiments, unblocking design and eng, and taking the small-but-frequent bets that compound into a materially better product.

Responsibilities:

• Sprint-level execution on the roadmap: PRDs, wireframe reviews, engg. grooming, launch checklists, post-launch monitoring.
• The A/B testing pipeline on both surfaces: hypothesis writing, variant scoping, results readouts, ship/kill / iterate calls.
• The weekly metrics readout: DAU/MAU on both surfaces, module CTRs, cross-sell CTRs and drop-off funnels.
• 01 exploration: 2-3 small bets a quarter on new homepage modules, new passbook visualisations, or new cross-sell surfaces the PM-II hasn't gotten to yet.
• Craft-level ownership of the details: Copy, empty states, error states, loading, animation feel.
• Voice-of-the-user pipe: read every Play Store / App Store review on these surfaces, every relevant CS ticket, and close the loop weekly.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years as a Product Manager at a consumer app (fintech, e-commerce, food delivery, ride-hail, edtech, gaming) - you have shipped features to real users.
• Data fluency - you can read data on funnels and experiments and can infer data.
• Claude native - can use Claude to read data.
• Fluent with designing A/B experiments and concluding from data.
• Bias for shipping - you'd rather ship 5 bets a month and kill 4 than ship 1 perfect bet a quarter.
• Write clearly. PRDs, weekly readouts, retros all crisp, all short.
• Comfortable in ambiguity - Platform products get everything thrown at them; you have to prioritise and sequence.
